Ashok is creative and inventive; that's why he loves his tasks as it involves experimentation and finding new ideas.

He is the only staff member that was employed before he came to Watabaran. He then worked part time with screen printing. Screen printing is also his main responsibility in Watabaran.

Ashok heard about Watabaran through an acquaintance and applied partly because he wanted a full time employment, and partly because he had heard a lot about what was unique about our organization. He found it very attractive that all employees had influence and that the organization was open to new ideas.

Before Ashok was hired full time, and joined the ownership, he worked for a trial period of six months. The first year, screen printing was his only task, but today digital design also is an important part of his job. Now he is also a manager together with Anju.
