Never having worked outside her home
before, Engeela participated in an education, learning how
to produce paper. Today, she's been working for Watabaran
for three years.
Engeela's primary task is to produce paper
sheets used in Watabaran's products. Her educational background
in making paper has been supplemented in Watabaran with learning
how to recycle and create different kinds of paper. Thickness,
durability, pattern, and color is Engeela's expertise. She
works efficiently and routinely, while she also experiments
with the papermaking pulp, color, or some other aspects of
the production.
After her nine years of elementary schooling,
Engeela is learning English in Watabaran. Yet, her most exceptional
skills show in her practical work. Her ability to create different
kinds of paper clearly exceeds her writing and computer skills.
She likes to work with her hands and be able to see the concrete
results of her work.
Engeela invests
her whole being in her work and has always got a smile on
her face. She shines radiantly with energy and joy and you
will often find her laughing. |
