Watabaran’s fair trade practices
The case of workers exploitation, underpayment, mistreatment and unhealthy working conditions isn’t unheard of. Neither, the concentration of profit in the hands of a few powerful investors having little interest in the welfare of the workers is unusual. We cannot swipe off such unjust practices but we can always work for the betterment of minimal income workers and protect them from being exploited.
Watabaran seeks to make a difference by following non discriminatory practices; giving them healthy working environment, freedom of opinion, decision making power and protecting their rights. Watabaran pays fair wages to all of its workers and the profit earned are partly used for their social welfare and partly reinvested for the growth of the company. Facilities like health care, education, required trainings, and better employment opportunities are made available. Moreover, we also equally distribute 10% of the company’s annual profit among all the employees.
Watabaran follows these standards for the unitary growth and development of its employees.
